BabyFlow ("we", "our", or "the App") is a baby care logging app developed by NirHeaven. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We do not operate servers that store your baby's records or personal profile.

BabyFlow runs primarily on your device. Specifically:

• Baby records: Feeding, sleep, diaper, supplement, care, early learning, growth, milestone, sick / medication, inventory, purchase and expense records you create are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud, they are synced only to your own private iCloud account. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• Attachments: Photos, videos, and voice notes you attach to care records or milestones are stored on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud. They are never sent to us or any third party.
• Photo & microphone access: BabyFlow accesses your camera, photo library, or microphone only when you choose to add an attachment, and only with your explicit permission through Apple's frameworks.
• Notifications and preferences: Your reminder settings, sound / haptic preferences, theme choices and language preferences are stored locally on your device. Local notifications, such as low-stock, special-date and medication reminders, are scheduled by iOS on your device.

2. iCloud Sync & Family Sharing

If you enable iCloud in the App, your baby records may be backed up, restored, synced across your devices, or shared with family members you invite through Apple's iCloud and CloudKit. This data is managed entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

BabyFlow offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may receive anonymized transaction data from Apple. For details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not collect your name, email, payment card details, or any personally identifiable financial information.

4. Third-Party Services

BabyFlow integrates the following third-party services:

• Apple iCloud / CloudKit: For optional backup, restore, cross-device sync and family sharing.
• RevenueCat: For subscription and purchase management.

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

5. Data Retention

We do not maintain a central database of your personal data. All app data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. Deleting the app removes local data from that device. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings and the App's iCloud backup controls.

6. Children's Privacy

BabyFlow is intended for use by parents and caregivers to record information about their children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and does not require account creation of any kind.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
