Data Storage
We use the following data storage methods:
- All HRV statistics and meditation records are by default stored locally on your device only
- No registration or login required, no identity information is collected
- You can choose whether to sync meditation records to the Apple Health app
Health Data Permissions
The YiOra application requires the following health data permissions:
- Read heart rate variability data: Used to analyze meditation effects
- Write mindfulness meditation time: Optionally sync meditation records to the Health app
You can revoke these permissions at any time in the "Settings" on your Apple Watch.
Data Security
Your health and meditation data:
- Is completely under your control and will not be transferred to our servers without your consent
- Is not shared with any third parties for commercial purposes
- Only leaves the application itself when you choose to sync with the Apple Health app
