1. 在"检测指标 & 治疗方案管理"页面点击"新增指标"按钮
2. 填写指标名称、单位、参考范围等信息，点击保存
3. 新增的指标会显示在相应分类下
如何编辑或删除已有指标？
1. 在指标列表中点击右侧的"编辑"图标
2. 修改指标信息后保存，或选择删除
我的健康数据会被上传吗？
不会。所有健康数据仅存储在您的设备本地，完全由您个人控制。
如何备份和恢复数据？
1. 在"数据导出/同步"页面可以导出全部健康数据
2. 支持本地备份和iCloud同步（如已开通）
3. 恢复时选择导入备份文件即可
如何管理我的健康档案？
1. 在"个人中心"页面可以编辑个人信息、身高体重等健康档案
2. 所有信息仅存储在本地，安全可靠
如何获取最新的指标体系？
1. 在"检测指标 & 治疗方案管理"页面点击"检查指标更新"按钮
2. 如有新版本，系统会自动提示并支持一键更新

How to add a new health indicator?
1. On the "Indicator & Treatment Management" page, tap the "Add Indicator" button
2. Fill in the indicator name, unit, reference range, and save
3. The new indicator will appear under the corresponding category
How to edit or delete an existing indicator?
1. Tap the "Edit" icon on the right side of the indicator list
2. Modify the indicator information and save, or choose to delete
Will my health data be uploaded?
No. All health data is stored only on your device and is fully under your control.
How to backup and restore data?
1. On the "Data Export/Sync" page, you can export all health data
2. Supports local backup and iCloud sync (if enabled)
3. To restore, simply import the backup file
How to manage my health profile?
1. On the "Profile" page, you can edit personal info, height, weight, etc.
2. All information is stored locally and is secure
How to get the latest indicator system?
1. On the "Indicator & Treatment Management" page, tap the "Check Indicator Update" button
2. If a new version is available, the system will prompt and support one-click update
