How to start a new plan?
1. Click the "Create New Plan" button on the main interface
2. Choose from preset plans or create a custom plan
3. Set the start date and duration of the plan
4. Click "Start Plan" to begin
How to check in daily?
1. View the day's plan tasks on the main interface
2. Click on a task item to check in
3. After confirmation, the system will record your check-in time
4. After completing all tasks, you can fill in a daily summary
How to view history records?
1. Click the "Statistics" tab on the bottom navigation bar
2. You can view plan execution statistics by month or by year
3. Click on a specific date to view detailed records
Why is my plan marked as interrupted?
The following situations will cause the plan to be automatically marked as interrupted:
1. No check-ins for more than one consecutive day (completion rate of 0)
2. The plan has exceeded the end date but is not completed
Suggestion: Maintain a daily check-in habit, even completing just part of the tasks will prevent plan interruption
How to modify or delete an existing plan?
1. Go to the "My Profile" page
2. Select "Plan Management"
3. Click on the plan you want to modify, then edit or delete it
